Injection Moulding Takeout Robot
A guarded takeout cell built to serve both sides of an injection moulding press. A servo-driven gantry carries vacuum end-of-arm tooling into the open tool, extracts the moulding and places it either onto the discharge conveyor or into a stack, following a pattern set at the operator panel. Energy chains carry the pneumatic and electrical services along each axis. The control system tracks cycle time, counts production against a global counter, holds parts on a waiting position when the downstream conveyor backs up, and diverts rejects without stopping the press. The cell is fully enclosed with interlocked polycarbonate guarding and CE marked.
