C-Beam Welding Robot
A welding cell built to put repeatable structural welds into C-section beam without a welder standing at the arc. Beams are loaded into pneumatic clamping fixtures that locate and hold the section square, and servo-driven axes carry the MIG torches along the joint on linear rails. Weld parameters are set and recalled from the operator panel, so the same joint is laid down identically run after run — the consistency that hand welding on long structural sections struggles to hold. The cell is fully enclosed with screening that protects operators from arc flash and spatter, and the torches are fed from an industrial MIG power source.
