Rotary & Inline Filling, Sealing and Packaging Machine
A single machine handling the whole pack cycle for a product range that includes both liquids and dry solids. Containers index around a rotary table through fill, seal and discharge stations. Liquids are dosed through the filling heads; dry product is metered from a stainless hopper by auger, so one line covers both without a change of machine. Sealing film is drawn from a reel, applied and cut in station. The controls are split across two enclosures — a PLC and distribution cabinet for the electrical side, and a separate panel carrying the FRL set and valve manifold for pneumatics — which keeps fault-finding and washdown straightforward.
