Heavy-Duty Roller Conveyor

A roller conveyor built for loads that would flatten a light-duty line. Heavy steel rollers are carried in a structural frame with the pitch set so the load is always supported by several rollers at once, and full-length guard rails keep product tracking straight along the run. It works as a pair with a powered belt conveyor alongside it, so loads can be moved under power on one path and staged or hand-fed by gravity on the other. Frame and rails are finished in high-visibility industrial coatings, with the guard rail picked out so the working edge reads clearly on a busy floor.
