Egg-Wash Pre-Glazing Spray System
Glazing by hand is slow and never quite even, and it wastes a lot of what gets applied. This system carries product through on a white modular belt while a nozzle manifold above lays down an even coat of egg wash across the full working width. What does not land on product falls into a stainless catch tray beneath the belt and is returned by pump to be applied again, so consumption drops sharply against hand glazing. Clear polycarbonate guards contain the spray while leaving the whole process visible. The unit is built on castors so it can be rolled into a line where it is needed and taken out for cleaning.
