2000 lb Bucket Lifter

A vertical column lift built to take a loaded tote off the floor, raise it clear of the machine below and tip it into the infeed hopper — work that otherwise means manual handling of heavy, awkward loads in a food plant. The lift is rated to 2000 lb, driven up an enclosed stainless column and controlled from a local station beside the machine it feeds. The tipping geometry empties the tote cleanly into the hopper without spillage onto the surrounding line. Everything is stainless with an enclosed drive, so it stands up to the washdown regime of the plant it works in.
