Boot Sanitising Station

A stainless walk-through station that sanitises the soles of footwear at the boundary of a production area, so contamination is not simply walked in from outside. Staff step onto grated tread plates above a nozzle grid that delivers sanitiser to the sole; indicator lights confirm the cycle has run rather than leaving compliance to trust. A handrail gives support while crossing the wet surface. The control enclosure carries the PLC and safety relays that sequence the cycle, and the unit is stainless throughout and mounted on castors so it can be repositioned as the plant layout changes.
