ISA Machinery Design Solutions engineers unmanned aerial systems from first concept through to validated, production-ready airframes. Development starts with the mass budget, because on a small high-performance airframe every gram spent on structure is a gram unavailable to propulsion, payload or endurance — so aerodynamic and structural design are worked together in CAD rather than in sequence. Airframes are built in lightweight composite, with precision-machined mounts and fittings where loads concentrate, and propulsion, avionics and control electronics are integrated in-house so the aircraft is designed as one system instead of assembled from unrelated parts. Control links and video downlinks are integrated with the antenna placement and shielding treated as part of the airframe design, not an afterthought. Every revision is proven on the bench and then in the air, and only a design that has survived that cycle is released to series production — with the fixtures, tooling and documented process needed to build it repeatably rather than one unit at a time.
